I went to White Rock Skin & Laser Clinic today for my first time and was very impressed with my experience! It was not my first time for this type of treatment, just my first time at this clinic.
Starting with the receptionist, I didn't get her name, but she was very friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in. She even brought me a bottle of water while I was filling in a form.
Then I had a consultation with Barbara, and she was also very friendly and clearly knew her stuff! She went over a number of skin care products and all of the services they provide very efficiently and was in no way trying to up sell or oversell anything to me. She was very honest and knowledgeable.
Then I met with Dr Lamprecht and he was also very friendly! He was very clear with regards to the different options about the products specific to the service I received and the differences between them all. He explained everything in great detail right down to the equipment he was going to use. And the entire time, he had a smile on his face and made me feel very at ease.
The clinic overall fees like a spa. You can tell there has been a lot of thought put into the decor, and the ambiance. Not to mention it was very clean and fresh!
Lastly, the pricing was also very reasonable.
I will definitely be recommending this clinic to everyone I know! I will also be back 100%
