Consultation Policy

We are pleased to offer our clients complimentary consultations with our skin care consultants to discuss most laser treatments. The following treatments require a consultation with a physician and will require an up front payment of $150 plus tax for the consultation.

• Fillers

• Wrinkle Relaxing Injections

• Instalift Threads

• PRP for Skin Rejuvenation, Hair Loss and Joint Pain

• Skin Lesion Removal

• Skin Resurfacing

• Incontilase/Intimilase

• Double Chin Reduction 

• Treatment for Migraine or Excessive Sweating

• Any other treatments determined by the team at White Rock Skin & Laser Clinic

Pre-payment or a deposit may be required for treatment series or single service treatments.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or insufficient notice of cancellation will be subject to a No Show charge of $75, payable to rebook the appointment. Multiple missed appointments may incur the charge of the full value of the missed treatment.

Return Policy

Unused, unopened products that are resalable may be returned for exchange or refund within two weeks of purchase. Open products cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender.

 

If a product is received damaged or defective, please do not contact the manufacturer, please call the clinic immediately for assistance.

If you are experiencing an adverse reaction to a product, please call 778-545-1925 to talk to one of our team members immediately.

Refund Policy

Refunds for services rendered will be at the full discretion of White Rock Skin & Laser Clinic. We do not guarantee specific results as each person responds differently to medical treatments. If you have questions about specific results, please call the clinic at your earliest convenience so that we can be assistance.

 

Please always ensure you carefully read the Consent Form provided to you prior to your treatment so you are fully aware of the risks and possible side effects of each treatment. Our physicians and staff are always here to clarify or answer any questions you may have.

If you require a refund for an unused, pre-paid service, please call the clinic at 778-545-1925 for assistance. 

 

 

Shipping Policy

Please allow 2 to 3 business days to allow for packing. Delivery times may vary due to shipping volumes and cannot be guaranteed.

All items will be shipped via Canada Post with your choice of regular or Xpresspost shipping. The following shipping charges will apply:

• Orders over $200 will receive free standard shipping. If you would like to upgrade to Xpresspost shipping for orders over $200, regular Xpresspost shipping rates will apply.

• Purchases under that amount will have a flat rate charge of $9.95 for standard shipping.

• Xpresspost 3 day delivery is available for a flat rate of $16.95 for all purchases.

 

No refunds will be issued for the cost of shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Covid 19 Policy

We want our clients and staff to feel confident and safe during their time at the clinic. Please ensure you are up to date with our Covid 19 protocols and be sure to reschedule your appointment if you're feeling under the weather.

We ask that our clients:​

• Reschedule your appointment if you have been outside of Canada, have been in contact with anyone with a confirmed case of COVID or if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, fatigue, cough, nasal congestion or any other respiratory symptoms.

• Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes early to your appointment. You will be buzzed into the building and escorted to a treatment room. We ask that you do not arrive too early so that we can control the traffic flow.

• Please do not bring any guests or family members.

• Please wear a mask and use the provided hand sanitizer on your way in and out.

• Please arrive ready for treatment or consultation with no makeup on and hair pulled back off the face.

• Please respect social distancing when possible at the clinic.

Our clinic will:​

• Increase already strict cleaning protocols between patients.

• Require staff use of masks and gloves.

• Require physical social distancing when possible in the clinic.

• Patients will be escorted to a treatment room where consult, treatment and payment will all take place to reduce movement in the clinic.

• Patients are buzzed in through the front door of our building.
