Many client's don't realize how much your hands can show your age. They are highly visible and should be considered as part of your aesthetic plan. Often combination therapy is used to treat hands as there is a loss of volume leading to wrinkles, and visible tendons, as well as sun damage. We can also use fillers, Radiesse, PRP and/or Skin Boosting Injections for a gradual thickening of the skin. We can then target the pigmentation with a Fraxel or IPL. This is a favourite treatment due to the immediate effect and marked improvement it gives. Usually a combination of HA or Redexis with PRP works the best.
