Our clinic will:

• Increase already strict cleaning protocols between patients.

• Schedule fewer patients with larger gaps between appointments to control traffic flow and allow for increased cleaning protocols.

• Require the use of masks, sanitizer and a screening questionnaire.

• Require staff use of masks and gloves.

• Require physical social distancing when possible in the clinic.

• Patients will be escorted directly to a treatment room where consult, treatment and payment will all take place to reduce movement in the clinic.

• Patients are buzzed in through the front door of our building.

 

We ask that our clients:

• Reschedule your appointment if you have been outside of Canada, have been in contact with anyone with a confirmed case of COVID or if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, fatigue, cough, nasal congestion or any other respiratory symptoms.

• Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes early to your appointment. You will be buzzed into the building and escorted to a treatment room. We ask that you do not arrive too early so that we can control the traffic flow.

• Please do not bring any guests or family members.

• Please wear a mask and use the provided hand sanitizer on your way in and out.

• Please arrive ready for treatment or consultation with no makeup on and hair pulled back off the face.

• Please use the washroom at home before arriving.
